उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ में युवक ने महिला कॉन्स्टेबल (Lady Constable) सिर पर लोहे की रॉड से वार कर घायल कर दिया, जिसके बाद महिला पुलिसकर्मी का पूरा चेहरा लहूलुहान हो गया.
