पी.वी. नरसिम्हा राव को कभी वो सम्मान नहीं मिला, जिसके वो हकदार थे. प्रधानमंत्री रहते हुए और प्रधानमंत्री का कार्यकाल पूरा होने के बाद कांग्रेस ने कभी पी.वी, नरसिम्हा राव को वो स्टेटस नहीं दिया, जो जवाहर लाल नेहरू, इंदिरा गांधी और राजीव गांधी को दिया गया.
