दिल्ली पुलिस (Delhi Police) की स्पेशल सेल की टीम ने गणतंत्र दिवस (Republic Day) के दिन किसानों की ट्रैक्टर रैली (Tractor Rally) के दौरान लाल क़िला में तलवार लहराने वाले मनिंदर सिंह उर्फ मोनी को गिरफ्तार किया है.
