किसानों की ट्रैक्टर रैली (Farmer's Tractor Rally) की वजह से रेलवे ने ट्वीट कर 26 जनवरी के ट्रेन हैंडलिंग प्लान की जानकारी दी. उत्तर रेलवे (Northern Railway) ने कुछ ट्रेनों को आंशिक रूप से निरस्त और परिचालन के समय को पुनर्निधारित करने का फैसला किया
