दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट (Delhi High Court) ने कहा है कि फिलहाल फ्यूल बेस्ड कलर स्टिकर (fuel based sticker) और हाई सिक्योरिटी नंबर प्लेट (HSRP) लगवाने के लिए और टाइम दिया जाए.
